6 WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second par,the heirs or successorsand assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and.bcingkzhc on Pine Neck Road neer the Village of Southold,
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Pine Neck Road
where the same is intersected by the westerly line of land now or
formerly of William A. Horton and running thence North 50 East,slong
said land now or formerly of William A. Horton 466 feet to highwater
mark of Jockey Creek; again starting from the above point of be-
ginning on the northerly side of Pine Neck Road and running thence
North 840 151 West along the northerly side of Pine Neck Road 100
feet to lend now or formerly of Edward Calahan, deceased; thence
running North 50 East along land now or formerly of Edward Calahan,deceam_
427 feet to highwater mark of Jockey Creek; thence easterly along
highwater mark of Jockey Creek to the northerly end of the first
course above set forth, containing one and 2/100 of an sore, more or
less, and being Lot No. 8 on a Map of Property of said G.Wells
Phillips, as surveyed by F. F. Overton, Surveyor, August 1909, and
filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the 6th day of November,
1909, and numbered 297, the easterly and westerly lines being
parallel and 100 feet apart.

29, 1941, recorded in liber 2165, page 566, and by Deed between
the same parties dated April 27, 1945, recorded liber 2442, page
