County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as

Beginning at the northeast corner of land now or formerly of
Martin Meyer at a locust stake adjoining land formerly of Benjamin
Wells and now of Katherine W. Case and running thence along the land
of said Katharine W. Case the following courses and distances:
North 45 degrees 36 minutes West 251.5 feet;
North 45 degrees 23 minutes West 135.2 feet;
North 40 degrees 45 minutes West 145.3 feet;
North 47 degrees 40 minutes West 366 feet;
North 45 degrees 04 minutes West 607.8 feet;
North 45 degrees 03 minutes West 235.2 feet;
North 42 degrees 23 minute: West 498 feet to highwater mark
of Long Island Sound; again commencing at the point of beginning at
the northeast corner of land now or formerly Martin Meyer and running
thence along said Martin Meyer's land South 45 degrees 19 minutes west
69.3 feet to a locust stake at the northeast corner of land of Margaret
Veil, thence along the land of Margaret Vail South 44 degrees 11 minute
west 124.6 feet; thence still along land of Margaret Veil South 45 de-
grees 39 minutes west 76 feet to a locust stake at the southwest corner
of the premises hereby conveyed; thence still along the land of said
Margaret Veil the following courses and distances:
North 44 degrees 50 minutes west 187.5 feet;
North 44 degrees west 103.7 feet;
North 44 degrees 13 minutes west 171.5 feet;
North 44 degrees 17 minutes west 129,4 feet;
North 43 degrees 54 minutes west 87.3 feet; ,.
North 44 degrees 34 minutes west 121.7 feet;
North 44 degrees 4 minutes west 94.4 feet;
North 45 degrees 3 minutes west 274 feet;
North 45 degrees 3 minutes west 1102.4 feet to highwater mark
of Long Island Sound, and thence along line of highwater mark of Long
Island Sound in an easterly direction to the point where same is inter-
sected by the westerly line of land of Katherine W. Case at the north
end of the seventh (7th) course hereinbefore mentioned, containing ac-
cording to a survey of Franklin F. Overton made in December 1913,
13,312 acres. - -
Excepting therefrom however all that part of the above des-
cribed parcel which now lies southerly of Sound View Avenue.

Being and intended to be part of the premises conveyed by Edna
C. Booth, formerly Edna R. Cahoon, to Clement W. Booth, by deed
dated the 30th day of December, 1922 and recorded in the officeof
the Clark of the County, of Suffolk on the 9th day of April, 1923
in Liber 1068 of deeds at'page 320.
