THIS INDENTURE,made the A day of October ,nineteen hundred and Sixty-five, F- BETWEEN William S. Zebroski, Jr., residing at Souti)old, New York, 11971 party of the first part,and William S. Zebrosbi. Jr., and Mary W. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed made by Erna Adele Payne recorded in liber 5764 of conveyances, page 476, in said county clerk's office.
