THIS INDENTURE,made the A day of October ,nineteen hundred and Sixty-five, F-
BETWEEN William S. Zebroski, Jr., residing at Souti)old, New York, 11971
party of the first part,and William S. Zebrosbi. Jr., and Mary W. Zebroski his --
wife, both residing at Southold, New York, 11971 =
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the patty of the second
part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second put,the heirs or suaessors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:

1 BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Cottage Place, which said point is ,
distant southerly 164.84 feet from the corner formed by the intersection of the _
southerly line of Main Road with the westerly side of Cottage Place, said point
' of beginning being also the southeasterly corner of land of Aksten; from said
_ point of beginning running along the westerly line of Cottage Place, south 14043'00" r.
east, 51.44 feet to land of Grattan; thence along said land of Grattan, south
-y 73°16'50"west, 141.48 feet to land of Sweezy; thence along said land of Sweezey,
two courses and distances: 1) north 16101110" west, 27.84 feet; 2) north 15003'20"
west, 60.44 feet to said land of Aksten; thence along said land north 87°54'20"
east, 145.91 feet to the point or place of beginning. Being and intended to be lot
8, Map of Land of Jennie Cochran, map number 399, filed in the Suffolk county
clerk's office on October 6, 1870.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed made by Erna Adele Payne recorded in liber 5764 of conveyances,
page 476, in said county clerk's office.
SUBJECT to a first mortgageh?ecorded in said county clerk's office originally
in the amount of$10,000; to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, _
and to covenants, restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and
