Young, Surveyor, Riverhead, New York" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 26, 1932 as map number 1097, bounded and described according to said map as follows; BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Fasbondor Avenue where same is intersected by the division line between 10 and 11 on the above mentioned map; RUNNING THENCE South 28 degrees 00 minutes East 7140.45 feet to a monument; THENCE South 62 degrees 45 minutes Jost 100 feet; THENCE North 28 degrees 00 minutes dost 140.45 foot to the southerly side of Fasbender Avenue; THENCE North 62 degrees 45 minutes East along the southerly lido of Fasbender Avenue 100 feet to the point or place of Beginning. Being and intended to be the same promises conveyed by Barkley B. Bailey to Harry Tretola, Jr., the grantor heroin, by deed dated flay 14, 1953 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 6, 1953 in Libor 3541 of Doods at page 525• The grantee in the aforesaid deed is the same person as the grantor heroin. ru Al Y '
