The aforesaid easement to Corey Creek being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point marked by an iron pipe on the southerly line of Bayviow Road, distant 30 feet easterly along the said southerly line from the point where the said southerly line is intersected by the direct extension southerly of the boundary line be04een land now or formerly of Edward Nidda and land now or formerly of Edson, said point of beginning being the northwesterly corner of other land of Edson; and from said point of beginning, running along said land of Edson the following courses: (1) South 29 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 300 feet; thence (2) south 35 degrees 10 minute! 10 seconds West a distance of 970 feet, more or less, to Corey Creek, The Westerly line of the said easement or right of way being parallel to and 50 feet westerly from the above described easterly line measuaed at right angles thereto.
