THIS INDENTURE,made the -T61"z day of September ,nineteen hundred and sixty-five,
BETWEEN MADELEINE R. ARMSTRONG, residing at 3817 Harrison Street, N.U,,
Washington, D.C. 20015,
party of the first perp and GARY T. WINTERS and ELAINE N. YTINTERS, his wife, as
tenants by the entirety, both residing at Southold, Suffolk County,
New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain lot piece or parcel of land,tj##,,' situate,
lying and being at Southold, in the own o Southo d, County o Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Richmond Road at the
southeasterly corner of premises heretofore conveyed by the party of
the first part to the parties of the second part; running thence along
said westerly line of Richmond Road, South 18 degrees 18 minutes 30
seconds East, a distance of 100 feet to land heretofore conveyed to
Henry Santacroce and wife; running thence along said land of Santacroce,
South 71 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 254.95 feet
to an iron pipe and land of Sawicki; running thence along said land of
Sawicki, North 39 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of
107 feet, more or less, to said land of the parties of the second part;
running thence along said land of the parties of the second part, North
71 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 293,60 feet to the
point or place of beginning.
And this Deed is a correction Deed given for the purpose of
correcting the description contained in a certain Deed from Madeleine
R. Armstrong to Gary T. Winters and Elaine M. Winters, his wife,
dated July 15th, 1965, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on July 19, 1965, in Liber 5782 of deeds at page 591
