part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and

lying and being in the Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:

Southerly by the several lands of Louis Baumann, Joseph Doctor and
Nellie Kenney;
Westerly by Youngs Avenue formerly known as Railroad Avenue;
Parties of the first part are the only living heirs and distributees of decedent,
Orlando W. Wells, who died intestate in the County of Westchester, State of
New York, file 257/56.
Being same premises conveyed by Joseph Docter by deed dated 1/22/45 and re-
corded 4/11/45 in Liber 2435, page 596.
