m as follows: Beginning at a point marked by a monument on the easterly
r side of Youngs Avenue, which point is South 10 degrees 20 minutes 20
seconds East, a distance of 313.3 feet from the intersection formed by
the southerly side of Main Read with the easterly side of Youngs Avenue,
(which point is the northwesterly corner of the promises heroin described
and the southwesterly corner of land of Now York Telephone Company);
running thence along the southerly line of land of New York Telephone
Company, North 79 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of
200.0 foot to land now or formerly of Downs; running thence in a south-
Orly direction along the wostorly line of said land of Downs, South 10
degrees 32 minutes 40 seconds Bast, a distanco of 50.0 foot to land of
Union Free School District No. 5; running thence along the northerly
line of said land of Union Free School District No. 5, South 79 degrees
24 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 200.0 feet to the easterly
line of Young's Avenue; running thence along the easterly line of YOUng'E
Avenue, two courses as follows: (1) North 10 degrees 42 minutes 20
seconds West, a distance of 37.3 foot; thence (2) North 10 degrees 20
minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 12.7 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Theodore A.
Wiogand and Mildrod A. Wiegand, his wife, to William B. Smith and Marie
C. Smith, his wife, by deed dated June 15, 1964 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office On June 22, 1964 in Liber 5562 of Deeds at
page 512.
SUBJECT to a mortgage hold by Southold Savings Bank in the amount
of $12,500.00, now reduced to 412,267.15 , the payment of which
is hereby assumed by the parties of the second part, and the parties
of the second part have executed and acknowledged this instrument for
the purpose of evidencing such assumption. .
