W THIS INDENTURE,mode the 15th day of January in net ecu bund red and sixty—four
BETWEEN
STANLEY CIERACH and ANNA CIERACH, his wife, both residing at
Main Road, Peconic, New York,
party of the first part,and
VAIL BROTHERS, INC., a-domestic corporation organized under and
existing by virtue of the B.C.L. of the State of New York, having
its principal office at Main Road, Peconic, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,inconsideration of ten dollars and other valuable ronsi i,na,ion
paid by the party of the second pare does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being jvAlix at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the northerly side of Main Road
formed by the intersection of the easterly line of land of Vail
'.� Brothers and the westerly line of the premises herein described,
ail running thence in a general northerly direction along the easterly
line of lands of Vail Brothers 180 feet to a point; running thence
in a general easterly direction along lands of Adam Cierach and wife
and on a line parallel to the northerly line of Main Road 170 feet
to a point; running thence in a general southerly direction along
lands of Adam Cierach and wife on a line parallel to the easterly
line of the lands of Vail Brothers distance of 160 feet to the
northerly line of Main Road; running thence in a general westerly
direction along the northerly line of Main Road a distance of 170
feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
grantors in and to the highway in front of and adjacent to said
ipremises.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Adam
Cierach and.wife to Stanley Cierach and wife by deed dated September
21st, 1954, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in
liber 3764 of deeds at page 260 on September 27, 1954 at 4:35 P.M.
TOGETHER with all right,title and Interest,If any,of the or,of the first tart in and Iran, street,and

and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part In and to said prenlses TO HAVE .AND TO

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
y., AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the pzo,v of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive inch
combat as a trust fund to be applied first for the.purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before ming any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
