ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lying and being incYm at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as Lot No. 37 on a certain map entitled "Map of Terry Waters at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, owned and developed by Helen Cochran, Main Street, Southold, New York", made June 6, 1956 by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, L.S., Greenport, N.Y., and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on December 29, 1958 as Map No. 2901. Said premises being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Rambler Road at the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described and the northeasterly corner of Lot No. 38 on said map, and running thence along the northerly line of Lot No. 38 and partly along Lot No. 39 North 66 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 131.78 feet; running thence along the easterly line of Lot No. 41 on said map North 23 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 91.37 feet; running thence along the easterly line of Lot No. 42 on said map North 38 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 35.0 feet; running thence along the southerly line of Lot No. 36 on said map South 62 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 111.43 feet to the westerly side of Rambler Road; running thence in a southerly direction along the westerly line of Rambler Road on a curve to the left having a radius of 375. feet a distance along said curve of 119.64 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. Together with an easement for ingrees and egress over and upon Watersedge Way, Longview Lane and Rambler Road for their entire distance as shown and laid out, 50 feet wide throughout, on said above mentioned filed map.
