premises hereby described; beginning at said last mentioned point of
beginning, running thence North 44 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds West
202 feet more or less to the mean highwater line of Long Island Sound;
running thence westerly along the mean highwater line of Long Island
Sound, 100 feet more or less, to property formerly of Joseph V, t1mann;
running thence South 44 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds East, parallel to
and 100 feet southwesterly of the.first mentioned course of the premises
herein described, 204 feet more or less to the northerly side of Leeton
Drive; and thence running easterly along said northerly side of Leeton
Drive, 100 feet to the point or place of beginning,
