Rowland, his wife, by deed dated October 2nd, 1893, and duly re corded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the 16th day of October, 1893, at 9 o'clock A.M. in Liber 402 of Deeds at page 104, and of which the said Sarah C. Horton died seized and possessed on the 19th ". day of January, 1908, intestate, and left her surviving her daughters the said parties of the fir part, and her son Alva B. TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the right, title and interest of the said parties of the first part in and to the said premises and every part and parcel thereof.
