running along said land of Muriel Tait, North 38 degrees 53 minutes
40 seconds West, a distance of 150.0 feet to a monument; thence along
land of Harold E. Tuthill, two coureas as follows:
(1) North 09 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 221.75
feet; thence
(2) parallel to and 50.0 foot southerly from the northerly boundary of
said land of Harold E. Tuthill, South 87 degrees 49 minutes 50
seconds East, a distance of 383.36 feet to said northwesterly line
of Middle Road;
thence southwesterly along said northwesterly line on a curve to the
right having a radius of 2259.01 foot a distance of 457.35 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 1.8312 acres according to survey
of Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son dated October 4, 1963.
