BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Hortonts.Lane (which
point is the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described
and the southeasterly corner of land heretofore conveyed by 011ie M.
Overton to Nicholas Rubat) andwhich-point is South 47 degrees 46
minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 114.98 feet from the point
formed by the intersection of the easterly line of Hortonts Lane and
the southerly line of Sound View Avenue; from said point of beginning
running in a northeasterly direction along the southerly line of land
of Rubat North 47 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of
160.71 feet; running thence along other land of 011ie M. Overton,
South 42 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 100.0 feet;
running thence along land conveyed or about to be conveyed by 011ie
M. Overton to Lawrence Hughes and wife South 47 degrees 07 minutes
20 seconds West a distance of 152.16 feet to the easterly line of
Hortonts Lane; running thence along said easterly line of Hortonts
Lane North 47 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 100.37
feet to the point or place of beginning.
