as tonants by the entirety, both residing at Southold, Suffolk County,

m WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid bf the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being*;* at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of NOW York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly line of Boissoau Avenue at
the southeasterly corner of land of E. E. Beisseau and the northeast-
erly corner of land of Kenneth L. Tuthill; from said point of beginning
running along said westerly line of Beisseau Avenue, two courses as
follows:- (1) South 2 degrees 38 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance
of 137.51 feet; thence (2) South 2 degrees 30 minutes 40 seconds West,
a distance of 262.1x9 foot; thence along land conveyed or about to be
conveyed by Eennoth L. Tuthill to A. C. Toves, two courses as follows:-
(l) North 87 degrees 29 minutes 20 seconds host, a distance of 200.0
feet; thence (2) North 2 degrees 30 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance
of 360.23 foot to said land of Boissoau; thence along land of Boisseau
North 81 degrees 16 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 204.21 feet
to the point of beginning.
