TERRY, residing at Southold, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of -1 Ten ($10.00)_________________________________________________dollars, I I lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or r successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,ytiS�51j�A }tigHpN�cjtl}gTgl�IggyfryLELDRcmxotatl, situate, lying and being3mcibi, at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Jockey Creek Drive at the northeasterly corner of land of Roger DeMott and wife, and being about 825 feet easterly from Main Road; running thence along said south- erly line of said Jockey Creek Drive South 77 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 100 feet; running thence along other land now or formerly of the Terry Estate on a line at right angles to said Jockey Creek Drive South 12 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds West a dis- tance of 190 feet; more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek; running thence northwesterly along said high water mark of Jockey Creek 102 feet, more or less, to said land of Roger DeMott and wife, running thence along said land of Roger DeMott and wife, North 12 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 175 feet more or less, to the point or place of beginning. " TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to Jockey Creek Drive. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to the gutter, meadow, waters and lands under water of Jockey Creek in front of and abutting said premises on the south to the center line thereof. SUBJECT to the following covenants and restrictions: 1. No building or other structure shall be erected or maintained within 15 feet of either side line of the premises above described. 2. Said premises shall be used solely for residential purposes. 3. The aforesaid covenants and restrictions shall cease and expire on January 1, 1978. BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by Edith M. Terry, individually, Edith M. Terry, Ellis M. Terry and Raymond W. Terry, Jr. as Executors of the Last Will and Testament of Raymond W. Terry, Sr. and Susan H. Terry to Minnie S. Glover, by deed dated October 9, 1962, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on October 15, 1962 in Liber 5246 at page 409, which said premises were devised to the 'r grantor herein by paragraph "THIRD" of the Last Will and Testament of Minnie B. Glover (Suffolk County File #105 P 1963) .
