WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the patty of the second pan,does hereby grant and release unto the patty of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
ALL that certain plat,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lots numbered Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7) in
Block "Cn, as shown on a certain map made July 22nd, 1930, by Daniel R. Young,
P. E. & L. S„ entitled "Map of Reydon Shores, Inc., Bayview, L. I., N. Y.,
in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N. Y.", and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County, Riverhead, New York, on July 2, 1931, as Map No.
631.
TOGLIBEdi with the easements, licenses, privileges and benefits set forth in
former deeds of record, and more particularly in the deed from Reydon Shores,
Inc. to Anne Sweeney, dated July 1st, 1942, and recorded in Liber 2242 of e
Conveyances at page 431, on July 18th, 1942, in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County; and subject to the covenants and restrictions set forth in
former deeds of record, if any.
B,,ING AND INT4NDED TO BE the same premises heretofore conveyed to the party
of the first part by the party of the second part by deed dated September 24,
1960, which conveyance was recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County
on September 50, 1960, in Liber 4882 cp 251.
