Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Perry E.
Bendicksen"and Beatrice Bendicksen, his wife, to Loon H. Standley and
Dorothy A. Standley, his wife, by deed dated September 28, 1963 and
rocgrdod in the`Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 30, 1963
in Libor 5423 of Deeds at page 261, together with all the rights and
Privileges therein contained, and subject to the covenants and restrict-
