nated as Parcel III:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northwesterly line of Soundview
Avenue at the southerly corner of land of the party of the first part
and the easterly corner of land of Glover; from said point of be-
ginning running along said land of Glover two courses as follows:-
(1) N. 580 141 20" ;4. 70.80 feet• thence
(2) N. 670 44' 50" W. - 98.82 fee
to an iron pipe and land conveyed or about to be conveyed by the
party of the first part to the party of the second part; thence along
the last described land, two courses as follows:
(1) N. 260 14, 40" E. - 61.86 feet to an iron pipe; thence
(2) s. 630 45' 20" E. - 180.64 feet
to an iron pipe on said northwesterly line of Soundview Avenue;

This deed is given for the purpose of correcting the description
of Parcel II of deed dated November 23rd, 1963 between the same parties
and recorded on November 27th, 1963 in Liber 5458 of Deeds at page
208 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
