ADELAIDE E. STELZER, also known as Adelaide G. Stelzer, his wife, both now
residing at Main Street, Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, as tenants by the entirety with full right of survivorship,
party of the second part,

PARCELI:
On the North by land of the Long Island Railroad; on the West by the respective
lands now or formerly of John Melons and Mary Harnecill; on the South and again
on the West by land now or formerly of Lydia Moore, again on the South by the
Main Road(State Route#25)and on the East by the respective lands formerly of
Forrest Gordon, now Antons Gajeski; Parcel I I.hereinafter described, land
Formerly of William A. Williams now respectively of Antons Gajeski and Mary
Hereza and land of Henry Stelzer, being bounded Southerly in part also by land
of Henry Stelzer.
PARCELII:
On the South by land of Antons Gajeski; on the West by Parcel I above described;
on the North by land formerly of William A. Williams, now of Antone Gajeski,
and on the East by Maple Avenue, said parcel having a width from North to South
of about 110 1/2 feet.
Said premises above described being and intended to be all of the same premises
which Frank Stelzer acquired by deed from Antone Stelzer and Julia Stelzer, his
wife, dated 9/19/52 and recorded 1/9/53 in Liber 3460 cp 376 and also by the
Last Will and Testament of said Antone Stelzer, his father, who died 6/6/57
excepting therefrom that strip of land about 25 feet wide and extending approxi-
mately 277 feet from the premises of Frank Stelzer (conveyed to him by the above
mentioned deed)to the lands of Joseph Oates and which deed to Henry Stelzer
was recorded in Liber 4964 cp 520.
