point; thence along land now or formerly of Anton Gadomski N.38°12'20"W.-365.95
feet to a point; thence along the land now or formerly of Charles Roberts
N.55o13'00"E.-881.26 feet to the westerly line of Peconic Lane; thence along
the westerly line of Peconic Lane S.34"33'20"E.-349.38 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
