BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the northeasterly line of Norton

Soundview Avenue, said point of beginning boin the southorly corner
of land of the party of the first part and the westerly corner of
land of Grattan; from said point of beginning running along said
northeasterly line of Norton Lane, North 40 dogr(,es 26 minutes 30
seconds 'West, a distance of 150.0 feet; thence along land of the
pparty of the first part, two courses, as follows:
lI) North 47 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds ',,last, a distance of 157.85
feet; thence
(2) South 42 degrees 52 minutes 40 a )conds East, a distance of 140.97
feet to said land of Grattan; thence alone; said land of Grattan,

to the point of beginning.
SUBJ30T, however, to the following covenants and restrictions:
1. No dwelling house shall be erected or maintained on said promises
unless it shall cost at least Eight 'Thousand (gpd,00.:.00) Dollars,
unless exterior plans and designs for a dwelling house of loss cost
shall be approved in writing by the party of the first part.
2. No dwelling or other structure shall bo orectod or maintained on
said premises within fifteen (15) feet of the road front or 'within
five (5) feet of any boundary line.
3, He outside privy of any kind shall be erected or maintained on an,-
of the said premises.
4. No business of any kind shall be conducted upon said promises.
5. No animals, except household pots, may be kept on said promises.
6. Only one dwelling house and the usual necessary outbuildin,-;s may
be erected on said preleises.
These covenants and restrictions shall cease and torminate on
January 1st, 1976.
