Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:- Northerly by land of the New York Telephone
Company a distance of two hundred (200) feet; easterly by land of
Frank L. Downs and other a distance of fifty (50) feet; southerly
by land of Southold Union Free School District No. 5 a distance of
two hundred (200) feet, and westerly by Youngs Avenue a distance of
fifty (50) feet.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to Youngs Avenue in front of and adjacent to said
premises.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Ruth H.
Waller to William George Damroth by deed dated November 30th, 1951,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in liber 3296 of
deedsat page 221 on December 3, 1951 ) 3:06 P.M., and also being
and intended to be the same premises conveyed by William George
Darmoth to Theodore A. Wiegand and Mildred A. Wiegand, his wife,
by dead dated October 3rd, 1952s and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's 9ffice in liber 3420 of deeds at page 01 on October 10, 1952.
