of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and des-
cribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the easterly line of Maple
Avenue, at the northwesterly corner of the land of Dwight Pettit;
RUNNING thence north 16 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds west, along
the easterly side of Maple Avenue, 70.48 feet to a concrete monument
and land of Theodore Buettner;
THENCE north 73 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds east, and along the
land of Theodore Buettner, 184.95 feet to a concrete monument and land
now or formerly of Ernest Hick;
THENCE south 16 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds east, and along the
land now or formerly of Ernest Bick, 69.51 feet to a concrete monument
and land of Dwight Pettit;
THENCE south 72 degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds west, along the land
of Dwight Pettit, 184.98 feet to the easterly side of Maple Avenue,
the point or place of beginning.
The party of the firstpart, being the surviving tenant by the
entirety, acquired title together with Joseph Callahan her husband,
(who died a resident of Kings County, N.Y. on January 44 1958) by
deed from Lewis A. Blodgett dated 3/25/54 and recorded 3/29/54 in
Liber 3670 cp 226.
