- THIS INDENTURE,made the r0 day of April , nineteen hundred and sixty-four

of the Last Will and Testament of Frances English, deceased,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable considera-'
_ tion paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the
y distributers or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the at Peeoni C, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York more particularly bounded and des-
;I oribed as follows: -
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Spring Lane 36$.0
feet easterly measured along said southerly line of Spring Lane from
its intersection with Indian Neck Lane;
- RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along said southerly
line of Spring Lane, North 690 241 00" East, 130.05 feet; -
THENCE along land conveyed to Martin C. Nelsen by the party of _
the first part two courses and distances as follows:
1. South 240 001 East, 266.66 feet; and -
_ 2. North 690 241 East, 215 feet, more or less, to the ordinary -
high water mark of Richmond Creek;
THENCE southerly along said high water mark as the same winds
- and turns 110 feet, more or less, to land of Bedell;
THENCE along said land of Bedell, South 690 241 00" West, 425. _
feet, more or less to land conveyed to Eugene L. Andreae by the
party of the first part; -
THENCE along said land of Andreae, and land conveyed to George -
Glintenkamp and Herman Glintenkamp, three courses and distances as _
follows:

3. North 240 001 West, 200.00 feet to the southerly side of -
