degrees 00 minutes East 125 feet; thence along land of Mary Zukas (and
parallel to the division line between the promises heroin described and
said land now or fozmorly of Charles Halbauer), South 41 degrees 52
minutes 30 seconds West 278 feet; thence along other land of Mary Zukas
and parallel to said line of Bayview Road, North 51 degrees 00 minutes
West 125 feet to said land now or formerly of Charles Halbauer; thence
along last described land, North 41 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds east
278 feet to the point of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Mary Zukas
to James Tonety, Jr. and Rose 14, Tonoty, his wife, by deed dated April
15, 1953 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clorkls Office an April 16,
1953 in Libor 3501 of Deeds at page 426.
