more or less, to the ordinary high watermark of Corey Creek; thence south,
easterly along said high water mark of Corey Creek 360 feet,.more or less, to
a.point 200 feet easterly from said boundary Iine measured at right angles thereto;
thence southerly and parallel to said boundary line and 200 feet easterly therefrom
