ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF land withthe buildings and Im-
provements thereon erected, situated at Southold, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by Hommel Avenue, Easterly by land now or formerly of
Fanning, Gagen and Edwards, Inc., Southerly by land of the Long
Island Railroad Company; and Westerly by Railroad Avenue, con-
taining, by estimation one and one-half acres be the same more or
less.
There is excluded from the above-described premises the por-
tion thereof which was conveyed by RUTH T. HOUSTON to SUFFOLK
kCOOPERATIVE G.L.F. SERVICE, INC., by deed recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office on May 4, 1961, in Liber 4982 of Deeds, p.159•
Party of the first part is the same person as the grantee
in deed made by Howard G. Tuthill and Jennie C. Tuthill, his wife,
nn� dated Oct. 16, 1944 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on Oct. 18, 1944 in Liber 2398, p. 263 of
Conveyances.
A portion of the purchase price herein is secured by a
purchase money mortgage in the sum of $145,000 executed and de-
livered by the party of the second part to the party of the first
part and intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
