No trailers, tents, outhouses or caaming shall be peemitted and no
occupancy of any such dwelling, house shall be nermitted until the
outside and roof shall be fully and comoletoly finished and painted.

concrete, cement blocks or brick, excepting porches which may be
erected on piers or posts.
3. That no dwelling house, exclusive of .garage, shall be erected
or constructed on any lot, which shall contain less than 900 sauare
feet on the ^round floor. No flat roofs or lean-to roofs shall be
permitted without written permission of the parity of the first art.
