BETWEEN KURT 0 GRONAU and HELEN E. GRONAU, his wife, both residing

Westchester and State of New York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first pan in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs

said point of beginning being the northeasterly corner of Lot 21 and
the southeasterly corner of Lot 20, as shown on "Map of Seaweed Acres
Section one", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No.
2575, from said point of beginning;
RUNNING along said westerly line of Seaweed Drive, South 25
degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds West 200.0 feet to a monument;
THENCE along Lot 23 as shown on said map and along other land of
Seawood Acres, Inc., North 64 degrees 04 minutes 20 seconds West

D THENCE along said other land of Seaweed Acres'. Inc., North 25
T degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds East 200.0 feet to a monument;
THENCE along said other land of Seawood Acres, Inc. and along
said Lot 20, South 64 degrees OLI minutes 20 seconds East 250.0 feet
to the point of BEGINNING.
The aforesaid premises above described include Lots numbered 21
and 22 on a certain map entitled °Seawood Acres, Section One, situate
at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, 'tdew York," surveyed
January 19, 1956, by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors,
Greenport, N. Y., and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on the 26th day of June, 1956, as Map No. 2575.
