THIS INDENTURE,made the day of /9v, IS7_ ,vineteas huvdred and sixty-four
BETWEEN WALTER ADAMSON and LENORE ADAMSON, his wife, both residing at
Town Harbor Lane (no number) in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk

party of the first part,and LEO SCHNEIDER and JUDITH SCHNEIDER, his wife, both
residing at 254 6th Avenue, in the Village of Greenport, County of-
. Suffolk and State of New York,

party of the second part,WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being artle at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot lettered C on a cer-
tain map entitled "Map showing Alteration and Addition to Founders Es-
tates, situate at Southold, Suffolk Co. N.Y., made from actual surveys
completed February 25, 1935 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Greenport, N.Y." and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 25,
1935 as Map No. 1178.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated the 27th day of November, 1957,
and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in
liber 4420 at page 547 on the 24th day of January, 1958.
The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage ex-
ecuted by Walter Adamson and Lenore Adamson as mortgagors to the South-
old Savings Bank as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated November 13, 1959,
and was recorded on November 17, 1959, in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk, in liber 3331 of mortgages, at page 109, and on which
mortgage there is now due the sum of $12,077.10 with interest thereon at
the rate of 51 per cent per annum from July 16, 1964, and that the
grantees hereby assume and covenant to pay such mortgage debt and inter-
est as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
This conveyance hereunder is further subject to another cer-
tain mortgage executed by Walter Adamson and Lenore Adamson as mortgagors
to the Southold Savings Bank as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated Jan-
uary 30, 1962, and was recorded on February 1, 1962, in the Office of th-
CC Clerk of the County of Suffolk, in liber 3794 of mortgages, at page 333,
and on which mortgage there is now due the sum of p4,570.79 with inter-
est thereon at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from July 13, 196L., and
that the grantees hereby assume and covenant to pay such mortgage debt
and interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
