Engineer andSurveyor, Greenport, New York", and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as Map No, 90,
Being and intended to be part of premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by deed dated August 27, 1952 and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September 15, 1952 in Liber 3407 at
( page 390,
TOGETHER WITH a permanent easement and sight-of-way, in common

Bayview, near.Southold, in the Town of Southold, County.of Suffolk
and.State of New York, and being a strip of land 50 feet in width

Map and over a portion of Clear Vielp Road as shown on said Map, and
