and existing under the laws of the State of New Yorks with its principal

party of the first part, and SOUTHOLD FIRE DISTRICT, Southold, Suffolk County,
va.` New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of
One($1.00) Dollar ,lawful money of the United States,and other good
and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the
party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded
and described as follows:
Beginning at a monument,on the northerly line of the Main Road
at the southwesterly corner of land of the party of the second parts
and the southeasterly corner of land of the party of the first part,
from said point of beginning running along said northerly line of

land of the party of the first part, two courses:

boundary of said land of the party of the second part,

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right W receive such con-
sideration as a trust fund to be applied for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and that the
party of the first part will apply the same first to the cost of the improvement before using any part of the
total of the same for any.other purpose.
