Lane and Old Shipyard Road(and which point is the southwest corner of Lot
95A), running thence along the said easterly boundary of Old Shipyard Road
South 25 degrees 55 minutes East 90.00 feet to a point which is the northwest
corner of Lot No. 97A, thence easterly and at right angles to the first course
and along the northerly boundary of Lot No. 97 A, 180 feet to the northeasterly
1' corner of Lot 97A, thence northerly along the straight line connecting the
easterly boundaries of Lots No. 97A and 95A 86.25 feet to the southeasterly
corner of Lot No. 95A, thence westerly along the southerly boundary of Lot
95A 180.04 feet to the point or place of beginning.
