of the "Community Beach" as designated on said map.
SUBJECT to the provisions of the declaration recorded by the
party of the first part on February 10, 1959, in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Liber 4585 at page 346.
RESERVING NEVERTHELESS unto the party of the first part, his
