survog completed October 1, 1953, by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensod
Land Surveyors, Graonport, Now York, and which said map was filed in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 24, 1953 as Map #2141,
Abstract #2249.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the
first part, if any, in and to the highways in front of and adjacont

Being and intended to be a part of the promises conveyed by William

1959 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on Juno 11, 1959
in Libor 4640 of Deeds at page 119 and subject to the covenants and
