the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of Nero) York,
bounded and described as follows:- Nort'�.erly by the Indian heck
road a distance of 264.90 feet; Easterly by land of Vary Lee Wiles
a distance of 1,336.57 feet; Southerly by Peconic Bay a distance of
294.30 feetand Westerly by land of Seagyan Club Realty Corporation
a distance of 1,435.36 feet.
TOGEPHER with whatever rights or appurtenances there may be
pertaining to the same to or under the waters of Peconic Bay lying
in front of the same and. to the fee of the highway adjoining the same.
PARCEL TWO: ALL tiat tract or parcel of land situate at Indian Neck,
near lleconlo, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows: Northerly by the
Indian Neck Road a distance of six (6) feet; Easterly by land of
Mary Lee Wiles a distance of 1036.57 feet, more or less; Southerly
by Peconic Bay a distance of six (6) feet, and Westerly by land re-
cently conveyed by b':ary Lee Wiles to Harvey G. Redden a distance of
1,336.57 feet.

Neck, near the Village of Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at-a concrete monument set on the northerly line of Indian
Neck Road at a point at right angles across said Indian Steck Road
from a concrete monument at the northeasterly corner of Parcel One
above described; running thence along the northerly.line of Indian
Neck Road, South 74 degrees 27 minutes 20 seconds West 300.00 feet

to another concrete monument and land formerly of Wiles; thence
along said land of Wiles, North 3 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds
East 348.62 feet to.a concrete monument set on the southerly line

follows.-

Together with all right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part in and to Indian Neck Road in front of and adjacent to
said premises.
ALSO with a right of way over the said 20 foot right of way
from the northeasterly corner of the premises herein described ACBsterly
o the westerly boundary of land now or formerly of Wiles, and thence
over astrip of land 10 feet in width rwnning southerly along said
westerly boundary to said Indian Nook Road.
