Terp end adjoining the land of Mary Mitchell, and running thence Easterly along the Northerly line of land of said Mitchell 330 feet to a point; thence running Southerly along the Easterly side of land of Mitchell 66 feet to land of Eva Belle Baker; thence running Easterly along said land of Eva Belle Baker 315 feet to land of John Charnews; thence running Northerly along land of John Charnews 145 feet to a point and other land of Ambrose R. Tarp; thence running Westerly a dis- tauceof 645 feet, more or less, along other land of Ambrose R. Terp to the Easterly side of Main Street at a point 76 feet North- erly from the point of beginning and thence Southerly 78 feet to the point or place of beginning. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Ambrose R2'Terp to George Redich by deed dated April let, 1947, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 3, 1947, in Liber 2691 of deeds"at page 101 and the real.property of which George Radich died seized and possessed of on December 12, 1959, survived by Frances. Radish, widow, and Paul Redlich and Joseph Radich, sons, his sole heirs at law and distributees, and being real property of which Frances Radish died seized of on December 27, 1964, survived by Paul Radich and Joseph Hadich, sons, her only heirs at law and next of kin and the residuary legatees under her last Will and Testament dated June 8th, 1961, and probated in the Suffolk County Surrogate's Court on January 21st, 1965.
