party of the first part,and WILLIAM A. REGAN and CHRISTENA AGNES REGAN, his wife,
both residing at 51-01 - 39th Avenue, Apt. P22,
Sunnyside, New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
AL1.that certain plot,piece or parent of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon.erected,situate,
lying and being iBtft¢ at Peconic, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and
State of New York, known and designated as lot 8 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Indian Neck Park", and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 27, 1913, as Map No. 551.
Together with a right of way withothers along easterly portion of
premises above described, over a two-rod road known as the Private
Road as laid out on the above described map which runs from Indian
Neck Road to the high water line of Little Peconic Bay.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES conveyed by WILLIAM A. REGAN to THOMAS REGAN
by deed dated February 26, 1965 and recorded on March 4, 1965 in the
Office of the County Clerk, Suffolk County in Liber 5709 of Con-
veyances at Page 307.
