REGAN and CHRISTENA AGNES REGAN, his wife, both residing at 51-01 - 39th Avenue, Apt. REGAN to THOMAS REGAN by deed dated February 26, 1965 and recorded on March 4, 1965 in the Office of the County Clerk, Suffolk County in Liber 5709 of Con- veyances at Page 307.
