stead, New York and LUCY PAGE, residing at 74 Beech Knoll Road,
Forest Hills, New York, as tenants in common,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETHt that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second pmt forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lyingandbeingm3sB on Indian Neck, near Peconic, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot
Number 21 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Indian Neck Park,
Geor§e W. Smith, owner, made by'Franklin F. Overton, M,E, Surveyor,
1912 and filed in the Office:of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
the 27th day of May, 1913, ab 'end by the map No. 551, said lot being
bounded with reference to said map as follows: Northerly by Lot Num-
ber 19, Easterly by a Private Road, Southerly by Lot Number 23 and
Westerly by land now or formerly of Samuel Davide,
TOGETHER with a right sf way over the highway and private road adjoin-
ing the promisee to and from Indian Week Road and Little Peconic Bay,
ALSO TOGETHER with a1L4of the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part, if any, in and to the use of the beach formerly of
George W. Smith and Rose M. Smith, his wife, adjoining Little Peconie
Bay and lying between said private road on the East and the land late
of the heirs of SamuelDavide, deceased, on the West, and below a line
running parallel to and fifty:feet distant from highwater mark on Lit-
tle Peconic Bay, for the purposes of bathing, boating and keeping boats
in connection with the premises above described and conveyed, in com-
mon with.others.
SUBJECT to restrictive covenants of record to the extent now in force
and effect.
BEING the sane premises conveyed to the party of the first part and
her husband, WILLIAM L. CHAPMAN, now deceased, by deed Liber 1050 cps
