lying and beingiu-tlse at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot number

g situate at Southold,. Suffolk County, New Yorku, filed in Suffolk
VNIMMM County Clerk's Office as Map Number 859, on November 28, 1927,
said lot being more particularlybounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at a concrete monument set in the southerly line
of Wells Avenue at the northeasterly corner of Lot number 5 as
laid out on said nap; thence running north 81 degrees 40 minutes
east along said southerly line of Wells Avenue 101.07 feet to a
stake; thence running south 16 degrees 40 minutes east 224• feet
to the northerly line of Jockey Creek; thence running along said
northerly line of Jockey Creek to the southeasterly corner of Lot
Number 5 as laid out on said map, said last mentioned course along
the shore line of Jockey Creek being indicated by a tie line having
a bearing of south 85 degrees 33 ainutes west and a length of
102.31 feet; thence running north 16 degrees 40 minutes west along
said easterly line of lot number 5, 21-7 feet to the southerly line
of Wells Avenue at the point or place of BEGINNING.
