set at the intersection of said southwesterly line with the north-
westerly line of Chestnut Road; thence along said northwesterly line
of Chestnut Road, South 50 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds West 91.62
feet to land of Henry Metzendorf; thence along land of Henry Motzendorf,
North 42 degrees 10 minutes 20 seconds West 234.59 feet to said south-
`'/Ej easterly line of Wesland Road; thence along said southeasterly line of
Ij- Welland Road, North 47 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds East 91.50 foot
to the point of BEGINNING. _
Being and intended to be the same promises convoyed by Arthur W.
Hahn, Jr. to Mary E. Kennedy by deed dated May 26, 1951 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 11, 1951 in Liber 3225
of Deeds at page 228, and subject to the covenants and restrictions
therein contained.
