recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's officeon10/24/1925 in.Liber 1153 Cp
103; running thence northerly along land now or formerly of Mary Lae
.Wiles, a distance of 300 feet more or less to the high water mark of
Richmond Creek; running thence westerly along said high water mark of
Richmond Creek to a point distant 100 feet westerly from the first cours
when measured at right angles thereto; running thence southerly parallel
with thefirst course and 100 feet distant therefrom at all points, a
distance of 300 feet more or less to the northerly side of land now or
formerly of Mary Lee Wiles; running thence easterly along the northerly
side of land now or formerly of Mary Lae Wiles, 100 feet more or less to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
