ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being W#W at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the south-
erly side of Freeman's Lane (now known as Baywater Avenue; running
thence along the southerly side of Freeman's Lane, 135 feet to a
point marked by a monument and land of Charles Robert Foster; rune-
ing thence in a southerly direction along said land of Foster a
distance of 336.7 feet to land of "Laughing Water"; running thence
in a westerly direction along said land of "Laughing Water" a dis-
tance of 202,1 feet to the easterly side of South Harbor Lane; runr.-
ing thence in a northerly direction along the easterly side of South
Harbor Lane a distance of 162.7 feet to the point or place of be-
ginning, said premises containing 0.75 acre, more or less, according
to survey of Otto W. Van Tuyl, dated March 1b, 19449 revised August
25, 1949, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
