O'BRIEN and CATHERINE C. O'BRIEN, his wife, both residing at Sound view Avenue, Southold, New York, w e t�eB n i IC party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with.the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lying and beingbOdIc at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot #2 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Oakridge Hills", filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 30, 1962 as Map #3555. The purpose of this deed is merely to correct and confirm the grant made by Southold Builders, Inc. to Thomas M. O'Brien and Catherine C. O'Brien, his wife, dated the 29th day of November, 1961 and re- corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on 12-1-61 in Liber 5090 ep 262, which conveyance was made prior to the filing of the subdivision map above referred to, it being the intention of the grantors to convey and the grantees to take Lot #2 as shown on said map. No other grant, covenant, restrictions or appurtenance is altered or modified by this correction and confirmation deed.
