BETWEEN CHhRLES GRIGONIS and MARY GRIC-ONIS, his wife, both residing
at Main Road in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, ;dew York,
party of the first part,and CHESTER L. NEESE and MARY G. NEESE, his wife, both
residing at Horton's Lane in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York,
party of the second part,
WITNFSSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second pan,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:

running thence along said land of Wilkinson, N. 660 36r 1011 E. -
208.0 feet, thence along other land of Grigonis, two courses as
follows:
(1) S. 230 231 50" E. - 100 feet; thence
(2) S. 660 361 1011 W. - 208 feet to said line of Oaklawn
Avenue, thence along said line, N. 230 231 50" W. - 100 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
