Peconic, Long Island, New York, April 1st, 1929, Daniel R. Young,
OEM, Surveyor, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on June 6th, 1929, as Map #8602 which said lot andpart of lot
when taken together are more particularly bounded and described as
ollows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of Mill Lane, distant 68.10
feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
westerly side of Mill Lane with the southerly side of Miami Avenue
- (private road); running thence south 28 degrees 00 minutes east
along the westerly side of Mill Lane 68.10 feet; thence south 62
degrees 45 minutes west 200 feet to land nor or formerly of Conick;
thence north 28 degrees 00 minutes west along said last mentioned-land
68.10 feet; thence north 62 degrees 45 minutes east 200 feet to the
westerly side of Mill Lane, the point or place of BEGINNING.

BEING the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated June 27th, 1961, recorded June 30th, 1961 in liber 5009
at page 380.
