BETWDON L. BARRON HILL and ADELAIDE H. HILL, his wife, both
pp residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and SARAH MILLER and MAX MILLER, her son, as Joint
tenants with the right of survivorship and not as tenants in common,
both residing at 169 East 88th Street, New York 28, New York,
party of the second part.
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release Unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of Now
York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Calves Neck Road
distant 302.67 feet southeast, as measured along same from the south

East along the easterly side of Calves Neck Road 115.16 feet; thence
North 24 degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds East 120.10 foot to Town
Creek; thence North 51 degrees 11 minutos 20 seconds West along Town
Crook 75.18 feet; thence South 27 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds lest
51.41 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the _
first part of, in and to Calves Neck Road, to the banter line thereof,
in front of and adjoining said promises.
