Young, P.E. and L.S. entitled "Map of Reydon Shores, Inc., Bay- view, L.I., N.Y. in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y." and filed in the office of the Clark of Suffolk County, Riverhead, New York, on July 2nd , 1931, as Map No. 631. TOGETHER with all rights and privileges granted or com eyed in prior instruments of record. BEING the same premises described in deed to MARY McGILL, CATHERINE McGILL and MARGARET McGILL, as joint tenants etc. recorded in Liber 2646 of Conveyances page 505 on November 12, 1946 and another deed to CATHERINE McGILL and MARGARET McGILL, aforesaid, by deed recorded in Liber 3906 of Conveyances page 117 on June 14, 1955. The afore- mentioned MARY McGILL, CATHERINE McGILL and MARGARET McGILL all died intestate, CATHERINE McGILL being the survivor of them and in whom the fee to the above described premises heretofore vested by reason of such survivorship. The parties hereto are the sole distributees of CATHERINE MCGILL, aforesaid, intestate deceased. TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if my,of the party of the first pan in and to any streets and mads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thermf;TOGETHER with the appurtmances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to acid premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second pan,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second pan forever. AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first pan will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid- eration as a trust fwd to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same Eor any other purpose. The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
