.. Said premises being and intended to be a portion of the premises
conveyed by Charles J. Elmer to William C. Gittinger and Charlotte K.
Gittingon, his wife, by deed dated February 19, 1949 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 21, 1949 in Libor 2924
of Deeds at page 10, and subject to the covenants and restrictions
therein contained, the said 'William C. Gittinger having died a resident
of Springfield, Union County, Now Jersey, on July 26, 1959, survived
by his wife, Charlotte K. Gittingo^, the party of the first part herein.
